With ProRes 422, I think I might start working in 10-bit video. Below is some info on working with 10-bit and ProRes 422 in After Effects. Pretty deep stuff, but apparently it can take some work to get After Effects to work with 10-bit well. Info from HD for Indies and Studio Daily.
