Monitor Magic does DV and HDV monitoring for $89. I've always struggled about the real value of these monitoring applications for me. After all, you can just use FCP's capture tool to monitor DV and HDV and get scopes too. But Monitor Magic has a nice new feature. You can mointor more than one camera at the same time. That seems like it would be pretty taxing on a computer. They recommend at least a G5 or Intel chip for HD--so no old iBooks or PowerBooks for monitoring an HDV signal 14-day preview version is available.UPDATE: VeeScope Live $100 from the makers of DVDxDV will also display multiple inputs.
